Returns and Exchanges

We totally get it - sometimes you just need to return or exchange an item. No worries, we've got you covered!

At WillyMade, we want you to love your purchase. But hey, if for some reason you're not feeling the love, we're here to make things right. Here's the lowdown on our returns and exchanges policy:

1. Return Policy: If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receiving it. Just make sure the item is in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. We're all about keeping it fresh, you know?

Hats: Due to sanitary reasons we cannot accept returns for hats. All sales are final. 

2. Exchange Policy: Need a mulligan or want to swap your item for a different style, size or color? No problem! You can exchange it within 30 days of receiving it. Just shoot us an email or use our contact form, and our friendly customer service team (my wife) will guide you through the process. We want you to love what you get so we're here to help!

3. Exceptions: Now, we hate to be the bearer of bad news, but there are a few things we can't accept for returns or exchanges. We're talking about items that have been used, worn, washed, or altered. We can't have any "pre-loved" apparel and head covers floating around, you know?

4. Refunds: Once we receive your returned item and give it a little love and inspection, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method. It may take a few days for the refund to show up in your account, but don't worry we're on it like a buddy looking for your lost ball.

5. Ship To Address: Errant tee shot? As much as we want to keep you in the fairway and get your order to the right place we cannot be liable for incorrect shipping addresses. Please double check the shipping address is the right one and we'll work to get you your products as soon as possible. 

6. Shipping: Oh, and one more thing - shipping costs for returns or exchanges are on us! We want to make the process as smooth as possible for you, so you can focus on finding your next WillyMade item.
